I enrolled in a course session and I don't see an option to un-enroll. How do I cancel the enrollment? I don't see an option to do that.
Answer:
Course enrollments happen in Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other course provider platforms. They are not done directly in Degreed. Please contact your organization's learning team or help desk as they will be able to assist with un-enrolling and rescheduling the course session.
