I added a content item with the incorrect duration to my profile via the button. How can this be corrected?
Answer:
We are unable to adjust the duration of the content on our end in Degreed, so you'll have to delete the content item from your profile and re-add it with the correct duration. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Go to Profile
- Select Collection
- Search for the content item
- Click on the item's content card
- Select Delete
- Re-add the content item by clicking on the button
