Issue:
Our organization has shared with our users a link for some content in Degreed. When they click on the link they see a message saying 'Oops. Something went wrong'.
Cause:
The user is not logged in to the platform, and the shared link did not include a parameter to force user authentication via SSO. The SSO parameter is similar to "&orgsso=organizationname".
Resolution:
When sharing content found in Degreed, use the Share option and the Copy Link button. This button embeds an SSO parameter that triggers forced authentication, ensuring the user is authenticated and can see their organization's internal Degreed content.
