Summary
Earlier today, some users experienced slow or failed page loading due to a widespread outage within Microsoft Azure, our cloud service provider. This outage impacted Degreed services globally, causing intermittent access issues and degraded performance for users.
Root Cause
The root cause was confirmed as an Azure Front Door (AFD) outage.
Resolution
Microsoft has completed mitigation efforts for the Azure Front Door outage, and normal service has been fully restored. Our engineering team has verified platform stability and confirmed that all systems are now operating as expected.
We will continue to monitor performance closely to ensure continued stability.
