Why is my Home Page not loading? My Home Page is greyed out and I get the error 'Sorry! There was a problem getting the items'.
This issue may happen when you don't have a Degreed Display Language set. The items suggested on the Home Page are based on the language of the profile, and when there isn't one, it raises the error.
- From the top of any page in Degreed, click Profile.
Your Profile page displays with the Overview tab open by default.
- Click Settings.
Your profile Settings page displays with the Profile tab open by default.
- Click the Account tab.
- In the Language section, select a Degreed Display Language from the drop-down list.
- Click Save Changes.
After you select a language, please go back to your Home Page. It should load as expected.
