When trying to log in to Degreed, after typing my email or username and password, I am getting the error message: "Your account has been locked. Please contact your administrator".
Your account has been locked per administrator changes.
Reach out to your internal company team. Only your company has permission to unlock accounts.
If you are unsure of who to reach out to, you can look for possible contacts on the Help Menu available when clicking your profile icon on the top right corner of Degreed. Companies will usually place their internal email address there. You can also check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section usually available in the Help Menu.
If still unsure, you can submit a request via the Knowledge Center and Degreed support will do its best to re-route you to the appropriate team.
