I started a course by accessing it through Degreed and it is not appearing under Continue Learning on my homepage. I want to understand if there is a delay in how quickly Degreed updates the status of courses started through the platform.
Cause:
The Degreed homepage, including the Continue Learning section, refreshes once every twenty-four hours, which can delay the visibility of newly started courses.
Resolution:
Degreed refreshes the homepage every twenty-four hours at midnight UTC. If you start a course through Degreed today, it will appear under Continue Learning after the next scheduled refresh.
