We are aware of an issue where users are unable to see tickets they have submitted to the Degreed Support team under the My Activities section in Zendesk.
Impact
Submitted tickets may not appear in your My Activities list. This does not affect our ability to receive and work on your support tickets; our team continues to have full visibility and is actively addressing cases as they come in.

Our support team is actively working with Zendesk’s support team to identify and resolve the root cause of this visibility issue.
