Issue Summary
We recently experienced an issue where in-app reports were temporarily unavailable due to an internal infrastructure migration.
Found Cause
During the switch of reporting traffic from Kubernetes to Azure App Service, a required service was not started as expected, which caused an interruption in report processing.
Immediate Resolution
Our engineering and DevOps teams quickly identified and resolved the issue by restarting the affected service. Reports have since resumed normal processing, and any backlog was cleared within a few hours.
Preventative Action
To prevent similar incidents, we are enhancing our migration procedures, improving monitoring and alerting for critical services, and strengthening communication across teams. We remain committed to delivering reliable service.
