You can use the Search window to search for content items, skills, Pathways, Plans, Directories, people, Opportunities (if enabled on your site), and Groups.
To Use Search
- Click the Search field.
- Enter your Search term.
Auto suggestions display when you enter three or more characters into the field. - Press Enter, or select one of the auto suggestions.

To further refine your results, use the filters at the top of the Search results window:

External: A toggle is available to the right of the Search field that allows you to access results from the External catalog. These items are from public sources and external content providers are not owned or vetted by your organization.

Type: Click the checkboxes that correspond to the content types you want to refine your search results by (for example, Article, Book, Event, and so on).

Provider: Click the checkboxes that correspond to the content providers you want to refine your search results by.

Duration: Click the checkboxes that correspond to the duration lengths you want to refine your search results by.

Sessions: This filter is dynamic. If the Type filter is set to include courses and/or events and a course or event contains Session Details, a Sessions filter is available and allows you to select checkboxes to filter the Session Date Range, Session Type, and the Session Location.

Endorsed: Click the [Organization Name] Endorsed checkbox to only have content endorsed by your organization included in your search results.

Language (More Filters): Click the checkboxes that correspond to the languages you want to refine your search results by.

Date Published (More Filters): Click the checkboxes that correspond to the date published time ranges you want to refine your search results by.

Format (More Filters): If the Type filter is set to include courses and/or events, a Format filter is available and allows you to select checkboxes that correspond to the type of format you want to refine your results by (for example, Online, Webinar, Module, and so on).

Cost (More Filters): If the Type filter is set to include courses, a Cost filter is available and allows you to select checkboxes that correspond to the cost of the course you want to refine your results by (for example, Subscription, Paid, or Free).

Difficulty (More Filters): If the Type filter is set to include courses, a Difficulty filter is available and allows you to select checkboxes that correspond to the difficulty level of the course you want to refine your results by (for example, Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced).

CEU (More Filters): If the Type filter is set to include courses, a CEU filter is available and allows you to refine your results to include courses that are eligible for Continuing Education Units (for example, credits a user can earn from the completion of the content).

Sort By Use the provided drop-down field to select how you want to order your search results. Options include Most Relevant, Most Popular, or Most Recent.
