When you add the Degreed App to Microsoft Teams, you are automatically prompted to log into your Degreed account directly in Microsoft Teams. If your organization enabled single sign on (SSO), you are prompted for your company credentials. If your company did not enable SSO, use the same credentials you use to log into the Degreed Web App.
If your organization enabled two-factor authentication, depending on your organization’s settings, you may be prompted to accept a series of permission requests when you log in for the first time. You will not be prompted with permission requests in subsequent sessions, unless the permissions are explicitly revoked, or Degreed introduces new features in the app in the future that require additional permissions.
