Summary:
We experienced an issue impacting Single Sign-On (SSO) access for customers using the EU and US Beta environments. During this time, some users were unable to log in through SSO.
The issue has now been resolved, and services are operating normally.
Incident Updates:
15/5 12:30 CET: SSO login for EU and US Beta is currently not working. Our teams are aware and are looking to resolve the issue as soon as possible
15/5 14:30 CET: Our engineering teams identified the cause of the issue and began testing a potential fix
15/5 19:37 CET: We have now validated a fix and are currently working on releasing it to the affected environments. We will continue to provide updates as progress is made
15/5 21:34 CET – Resolved
The issue has now been resolved, and SSO access has been restored for impacted environments. We will continue to monitor the platform to ensure continued stability.
