On January 13th, 2025, clients experienced higher-than-usual response times, resulting in some pages taking longer to load. The incident occurred due to a performance issue with our database and was resolved at 16:40 UTC.
Root Cause
Our Engineering Team identified the root cause as a slow database response due to an asynchronous process running with a suboptimal query plan. The issue has since been resolved, and normal performance was restored.
