On December 15th and 16th, 2024, some clients using the US-databases experienced disruptions with in-app and scheduled reports. These interruptions were caused by unexpected strain on the database server, leading to performance issues.

Our team promptly addressed the situation by increasing database resources and optimizing the environment, restoring full functionality and stability.
