Issue:
Our organization has multiple tenants. To activate our SSO authentication, we must include the Email Domain Suffix in the tenant's configuration.
Can we include the same email domain on our multiple tenant organizations?
Cause:
Degreed is not designed to support reusing domains across multiple organizations.
Resolution:
It is not possible to save the same email domain suffix for multiple tenant organizations. Degreed allows a domain to be added only once to one organization.
