Issue:
On the notifications page, I can see notifications from a "Former Learner," but when clicking on the profile, it takes me to the profile of an active user. Why is that?
Cause:
This user was most likely temporarily removed from the organization and then added back to it at a later date. Once a user has been removed from the organization, the "Former Learner" text is expected in notifications.
Resolution:
Once you have confirmed that the user has an active Degreed account no further action is required.
