I've assigned some content to a user, but they already completed the content, and it was added to their profile collection. However, they still received the email notification that they had an assignment to complete. How can I turn off these notifications?
Answer:
When a user who completes a pathway is assigned the same pathway, for example, it is expected to receive email and in-app notifications.
