Issue:
- I left my previous organization and would like to keep my Degreed account
- I was on leave and now I don't see my previous learning
Resolution:
- If you still have your organizational account and do not have a secondary email added, you can follow the steps in Add a Personal or Secondary Email Address to your Profile. This will let you keep your account.
- If you do not have access to your Degreed account and it has been less than 90 days, please get in touch with Degreed Support and we can check the status of your previous account.
- If it has been more than 90 days, we will not be able to restore your account as these are purged for security purposes.
