Enabling Peer Visibility in Custom Program Projects (ACM Before October 2024)

This article applies to clients with an Academies and Content Marketplace (ACM) license prior to the October 2024 Major Product Release. If you are unsure if this applies to your organization, please contact your CX Representative.

You can enable peer visibility so that users can see projects submitted by their peers.

To Enable Peer Visibility

1. From the Admin View, click Learning from the left navigation menu.
2.  Click Programs.
3.  Click Custom Programs from the menu at the top of the page.
4. Locate the Custom Program you want to edit.
5. Click the Actions menu () next to the Academy.
6. Click Edit Program.
   The Setup page displays.
7. Click Curriculum from the left navigation menu of the Custom Program setup page.
8. Click a section to open it.
9. Click on the Project you want to edit.
10. Click the checkbox beside the option to Allow participants to see all submitted projects.
11. Click Save Project when you're done editing. 
    Users can now view their peers' project submissions. For more information, see Completing a Program.

We recommend including information in the description that users' submissions will be visible to their peers.
