This article applies to clients with an Academies and Content Marketplace (ACM) license prior to the October 2024 Major Product Release. If you are unsure if this applies to your organization, please contact your CX Representative.
You can add, edit, and delete Custom Programs and create Cohorts from the Custom Programs page.
To Add a Custom Program
- From the Admin View, click Learning from the left navigation menu.
- Click Programs.
The Programs page displays with the Marketplace Programs tab open by default. - Click New Program.
- Select Build a Custom Program.
To Edit or Delete a Custom Program
- From the Admin View, click Learning from the left navigation menu.
- Click Programs.
The Programs page displays with the Marketplace Programs tab open by default. - Click the Custom Programs tab.
The list of custom programs display. Custom Programs can be sorted by Duration and Tags. You can also search for a specific Custom Program using the search field. - Click the Actions menu () beside the Custom Program you want to edit or delete.
- Select Edit Program to open the custom program builder.
- Select Delete Program to delete the program. Click Yes, Delete Program to confirm your selection. Deletion of a custom program cannot be undone.
To Add a Cohort to a Custom Program
- From the Admin View, click Learning from the left navigation menu.
- Click Programs.
The Programs page displays with the Marketplace Programs tab open by default. - Click the Custom Programs tab.
The list of custom programs display. Custom Programs can be sorted by Duration and Tags. You can also search for a specific Custom Program using the search field. - Click the Actions menu () beside the Custom Program you want to add a cohort to.
- Select Add Cohort.
The Setup page displays. - Enter the details for the cohort and then begin customizing your curriculum.
- Click Save.
