This article applies to clients with an Academies and Content Marketplace (ACM) license prior to the October 2024 Major Product Release. If you are unsure if this applies to your organization, please contact your CX Representative.
You can enable skipping for steps in an Academy so that a user can proceed to the next step without completing optional steps.
To Enable Skipping in an Academy
- Add steps to an Academy.
- Click the Allow participants to mark step as "skipped" checkbox for each step you want to enable skipping on.
- Click Save.
To Edit a Step in an Academy to Allow Skipping
- Edit steps in an Academy.
- Click the Actions menu (
) next to the step you want to update.
- Select Allow Skip.
By default, Academy steps cannot be skipped. Admins and Contributors must turn on the ability to skip.
