This article applies to clients with an Academies and Content Marketplace (ACM) license prior to the October 2024 Major Product Release. If you are unsure if this applies to your organization, please contact your CX Representative.
You can create Academies to develop internal talent.
To Create an Academy
- From the Admin View, select Academies from the left navigation menu.
- Click New Academy.
The New Academy dialog box displays. - Enter the name and description of the Academy and select Public or Restricted.
- Click Save and Continue.
The Setup page displays. - Modify the Academy details, add sections, and preview the Academy.
Academies must be published before they are visible to users.
To Publish an Academy
- From the Admin View, select Academies from the left navigation menu.
- Locate the academy you want to publish.
- Click the Actions menu () next to the Academy name and select Edit Academy.
The setup page displays. - Click Publish Academy.
Once an Academy is published, it cannot be unpublished. To remove an Academy, you must delete it.
