Edit Steps in an Academy (ACM Before October 2024)

This article applies to clients with an Academies and Content Marketplace (ACM) license prior to the October 2024 Major Product Release. If you are unsure if this applies to your organization, please contact your CX Representative.

You can edit Academy steps like Projects, Events, and Content.

To Edit a Project, Event, Discussion, or Content

1. From the Admin View, select Academies from the left navigation menu.
2. Locate the academy that you want to edit.
3. Click the Actions menu () next to the Academy.
4. Click Edit Academy.
   The Setup page displays.
5. Click Overview from the left navigation menu of the Academy setup page.
6. Click a section to open it.
7. Click on the Project, Event, Discussion, or Content you want to edit.
8. Update the details and click Save.
