This article applies to clients with an Academies and Content Marketplace (ACM) license prior to the October 2024 Major Product Release. If you are unsure if this applies to your organization, please contact your CX Representative.
You can customize your Academy with your organization's brand colors.
To Add Branding to an Academy
- From the Admin View, select Academies from the left navigation menu.
- Locate the academy you want to add branding to.
- Click the Actions menu () next to the Academy.
- Click Edit Academy.
The Setup page displays. - Click the Branding tab.
- Add your primary and secondary brand colors.
- Click Preview Overview and Preview Welcome Page to see previews of the Academy overview and the Academy Welcome Page.
- To preview the academy, click Preview Academy.
- Optionally, click the checkbox to make your branding the default theme for all future Academies. This setting will not apply retroactively to Academies.
- Click Show Advanced Settings to set custom colors for each specific Academy element. These elements will be automatically customized if Advanced Settings are not manually adjusted.
- Click Save.
