You can provide feedback on user submissions in custom programs from the Programs page, the Custom Program reports page, or from an email. After you submit feedback, the project submission displays a green checkmark . Users are notified of your feedback through an email. To review your feedback, click the checkmark.
To Provide Feedback from an Email
You will receive an email notification when a user submits material for feedback.
- From the email, click View Project.
The user's project submission displays. - Enter your feedback in the text field.
- Click Submit Feedback.
To Provide Feedback from the Programs Page
To provide feedback from the Programs page, you must have access to the Admin view or have Contributor permissions for the program.
- From the Admin View, click Learning from the left navigation menu.
- Click Programs.
The Programs page displays with the Marketplace Programs tab open by default. - Click the Custom Programs tab.
The list of custom programs display. Custom Programs can be sorted by Duration and Tags. You can also search for a specific Custom Program using the search field. - Click the Actions menu () beside the Custom Program you want to provide feedback on user submissions.
- Click View Program.
The custom program page displays. - Click Projects from the left navigation menu.
A list of the assigned projects displays with the project title, due date, and the number of submissions. - Click the project you want to provide feedback on to access a list of submissions.
The list of project submissions displays with the participant name and date submitted. - Click Submit Feedback.
The user's project submission displays. - Enter your feedback in the text field.
- Click Submit Feedback.
