Edit a Pathway's Visibility Setting

A Pathway's visibility setting determines who can view the Pathway in Degreed. 

Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed (accessible by Degreed Admins only).

Related Permissions:

• Manage Pathways: required to edit a Pathway that is visible to your organization.
• Create Organizational Pathways: required to make a Pathway visible to your entire organization.

Pathways can be edited by more than one person. In order to prevent overwriting changes made by others, you may see a message indicating you need to refresh your browser window to ensure you are working in the most current version.

To Edit a Pathway Visibility Setting

1. From the side navigation menu, select Home > Pathways.
   The Pathways page opens and displays all of the Pathways you are Following or Authoring (including Pathways you are a Collaborator on).
2. Click ... > Edit.
   The Pathway page displays.
3. Click the visibility setting.
   
   The Change the visibility of <Pathway Name> window displays.
4. Select the Pathway's visibility setting.
5. Click Save Visibility.
   The visibility setting updates immediately.
