Pathway visibility settings determine who in your organization can see and access Pathways. The visibility options available to you depend on your permissions and whether you are an author or a collaborator on the Pathway.
When viewing a Pathway, the visibility setting displays next to the list of Collaborators on the Pathway page.
When editing a Pathway, a drop down allows you to change the visibility setting.
Optionally, you can change the visibility setting when you edit the Pathway Details.

About Org-managed Pathways
For users with the Manage Pathways permission, org-managed Pathways are available on the Manage Pathways page in Degreed Admin regardless of the visibility setting. The following actions make a Pathway org-managed:
- Setting the visibility to Visible to Groups.
- Setting the visibility to Visible to the Organization.
- Checking the option in the Pathway Settings dialog to Allow collaborators to publish this pathway to the organization.
- Adding org-managed content (content from your organization's catalog) to the Pathway.
Once you perform any of the above actions, the Pathway is org-managed, and will remain so. Changing the visibility back to Private to Collaborators or removing all org-managed content, will not undo this action.
