Add Existing Content Items to a Pathway
You can add content items that already exist in your Internal Catalog to a Pathway via Degreed Learner.
Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed (accessible by Degreed Admins only).
Required Permission: Manage Pathways
Related Permission: Create Organizational Pathways - required to create, edit, or delete Pathways that are visible to the entire organization
To Add Existing Content Items to a Pathway in Degreed Learner
- At the top of any Degreed page, click Home.
- Click the Pathways option from the navigation panel
Your Pathways page displays a list of all Pathways you are Following and Authoring (including the Pathways you are a Collaborator on). - In the Authoring section, locate the Pathway you want to edit.
- Click the Pathway title.
The Pathway page displays. - Click the Edit Pathway button.
- Locate the section or subsection where you want to add content to, and click Add Content.
The Add Content dialog box displays. - On the Search tab, enter a search term.
After three characters, suggestions display.Adding org-managed content to a Pathway that is not org-managed, automatically changes the Pathway to org-managed and effects who can see the Pathway. See About Org-managed Content for more information. - Click the title of the content item you want to include in your Pathway.
- Repeat these steps until you have identified all the content you want to add.
- Click the Add # Item(s) button.
The Add Content dialog box closes and the content items are added to your Pathway. - At the top of the Pathway page, click the Done Editing button.
