Social Connections in Degreed

In Degreed, you are able to follow other members that interest you. By following another Learner, you are able to view their recent learning activity on your Home feed.

• To Unfollow a Degreed Learner
• To View Followers/Followings

To Follow a Degreed Learner

1. Locate the Learner within Degreed that you would like to follow. Click their Profile image to access their user profile.
2. Click the Follow button.
   
   You are now following this Learner.

A notification is sent to the Learner when you follow them.

To Unfollow a Degreed Learner

1. Locate the Learner within Degreed that you would like to unfollow. Click their Profile image to access their user profile.
2. Hover over the Following button to see the label change to Unfollow. Click the Unfollow button.
   
   You are no longer following this Learner.

The Learner is not notified when you unfollow them.

To View Followers/Followings

1. Click Profile in the Degreed header or access the Profile of another Learner.

2. Click the Followers or Following label below the Profile Bio that specifies the number of followers and following. 
   A modal displays and defaults to the tab you clicked. A list is available to see who is following a Learner, who the Learner is following, and Groups the Learner is a member of.

Frequently Asked Question

Can I remove followers from my profile?

Currently, you cannot remove followers from your Profile. If you do not want followers or others to view your profile, consider changing your profile visibility to Private. This prevents anyone from seeing your profile or learning activity in Degreed.
