We did not receive the last Weekly Digest email from Degreed.
There are a few possible causes for this:
- You do not have your Weekly Digest email notifications enabled in your Profile Settings
- Your company has disabled Weekly Digest emails at an organizational level
- Your email address has to be removed from a bounced list
- An issue may have happened on Degreed's end with the email sender
First, please check your spam and junk folders in case the email was filtered straight to one of those. If not, please make sure that your Weekly Digest email settings are enabled according to Manage Your Notification Emails.
If your settings are enabled, please contact the Degreed Technical Support team for assistance. The support team will review if the configurations are enabled for your organization, check for bounced emails, and investigate further in case anything is wrong on our end.
