What is My Team?
My Team is a management tool that helps your manager analyze your skills in Degreed, to help you develop new and existing skills for your professional and personal growth.
If your organization enabled My Team, your skills and ratings are visible to your manager.
To Opt Out of My Team
You can opt out of My Team in your Profile Settings. Opting out of My Team hides your skill data from your manager's My Team pages.
- From the side navigation menu, select Profile > Overview.
Your profile page displays. - Click Settings.
Your Settings page displays with the Profile tab open by default. - In the Opt-In section, disable the My Team toggle.
An Opt-Out dialog box displays for confirmation. - Click Opt Out to confirm.
- Click Save Changes.
Your changes are available immediately.
If this option is not available in your Profile Settings, your organization may not have enabled the ability to opt out of My Team, which means your skill data will be visible to your manager. Alternatively, your organization may not currently use My Team.
