Submit a Bug Report
Help us improve your customer experience. If you find a potential bug while using Degreed:
- Report the issue using our Report a Problem form within the Degreed platform, via the Contact Us button at the bottom of any Knowledge Center article, or the Help button in the bottom right of any Knowledge Center article.
The Contact Us button is only available to Degreed Clients who are logged in.
- Include the following information:
- Device/Operating System: Device type, and OS with version number.
- Browser(s): Name and version number.
- User Email Address: The email you used to log in to Degreed.
- Description: Please provide a description of the issue. The more information we have, the faster we can determine if this is a bug or expected behavior. Include the following:
- I am trying to: What action are you trying to perform?
- When I click or tap: Provide the name of the button, link, menu, etc. you clicked or tapped. Include the steps you took to perform the action.
- This is what happens: Describe the result of your actions.
- This is what I expect to happen: Describe the expected result.
If possible, provide screenshots or a video recording.
