Issue Description:
Why can’t I see or search for a pathway when trying to add it to a plan? It isn't showing up in the Add Resources search field.
Cause:
This issue is likely caused by the pathway's visibility settings. A pathway will not appear in search results if it is set to Private to Collaborators or lacks organization-managed content. Additionally, if a pathway is limited to specific groups, you must be a member of at least one of those groups to see it.
Resolution:
To resolve this, please ensure the pathway meets the following criteria:
Set the pathway to Visible to Organization instead of Private to Collaborators.
Confirm the pathway contains organization-managed content.
Ensure you are a member of the specific groups the pathway is limited to.
Once these settings are adjusted and you are a member of at least one group the pathway is limited to, the pathway will immediately become available in the Add Resources search field of the plan.
