Issue:
After cloning a pathway, I get the error 'Sorry! There was a problem accessing pathway information.' upon saving it.
Cause:
You may be using the same name as an existing, org-managed pathway, which the system does not permit.
Resolution:
Using a different name for the cloned Pathway will let you publish it.
