Use the Activity Log page to filter, view, and download detailed webhook event data, including event types, statuses, and payloads—helping you monitor performance and troubleshoot issues with your webhook integrations.
Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed.
Required Permission: Manage Webhooks
- Webhook Name: Select a webhook to filter the results that display.

Filters: Customize the webhook data that displays on the page.
- Date Created: Select one of the date preset options or choose Specific Dates to choose your own date range to filter the webhooks data.
- Event Type: Further refine the information on the page to include specific events.
- Status: Further refine the information on the page to include only On, Paused, Stopped, or Suspended webhooks.
- Download Log: Click to download the log details file for the dates specified in the Date Created filter. The log file contains the status of individual events that were sent and retried.
- Refresh Log: Refreshes the log details.
- Webhook Name: The name and URL of the webhook.
- Event Type: The events associated with the webhook.
- Date Created: The date the webhook was created.
- Created by: The user that created the webhook.

Status: The current state of the webhook.
- Success: The webhooks configuration has passed the test message dialog and is currently actively sending event payloads to the destination endpoint.

Failed: The webhooks configuration has been stopped by Degreed for one of the following reasons:
- The webhooks configuration was created or updated, and the endpoint did not respond to the test message.
- The webhooks configuration was on (active) but failed to respond to 95% of messages within a given 10 minute period.
