Use the Manage Webhooks page to search for, filter, view, create, and manage external webhook configurations.
Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed.
Required Permission: Manage Webhooks
- Search: Enter a webhook configuration name. The Search field dynamically filters the page based on matching criteria.
- Status filter: This filter further refines the information on the page to include only On, Paused, or Stopped webhooks configurations.
- View Activity Logs: View logs of events and messages to troubleshoot any problems with your webhooks integrations.
- Add Webhook: Click to create a new webhook configuration.
- Webhook Name: The name and URL of the webhook configuration.
- Description: A list of events associated with the webhook configuration.
- Date Created: The date the webhook configuration was created.
- Created by: The user that created the webhook configuration.

Status: The current state of the webhook configuration.
- On: The webhooks configuration has passed the test message dialog and is currently actively sending event payloads to the destination endpoint.
- Stopped: The webhooks configuration has been set manually to “stopped” by an admin.
- Paused: The webhooks configuration has been set to “paused” by an admin.

Suspended: The webhooks configuration has been stopped by Degreed for one of the following reasons:
- The webhook configuration was created or updated, and the endpoint did not respond to the test message.
- The webhook configuration was on (active) but failed to respond to 95% of messages within a 10-minute period.
