You can use the Webhooks page to monitor webhook performance.
Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed.
Required Permission: Manage Webhooks
- Date filter: Select one of the date preset options or choose Specific Dates to choose your own date range to filter the data.
- View Activity Log: View logs of events and messages to troubleshoot any problems with your Webhooks integrations.
- Manage Webhooks: Create and manage your webhooks.
- Add Webhook: Click to create a new webhook.

Dashboard: An at-a-glance view of top-level metrics.
- Payloads Sent: The number of messages attempted to be sent to your endpoint(s) as configured in the webhooks configuration page.
- Average Latency: The time elapsed from when a user initiates an event (for example, completion, creation, or update) to when the event is sent from Degreed to your endpoint.
- Average Time to Response: The amount of time that passes between when a message is sent from Degreed and when Degreed receives a response.
- Event by Type: This graph shows the number of messages attempted to be sent, grouped by event subscription type (for example, pathway completion, content completion, or login event)
- Retries Queue: This graph shows the total number of messages sent and the number of messages that have failed to be received.
