I need to reset my password because I’ve forgotten it, and when I try to log in to Degreed, I receive the error message: “The email or password is incorrect.”
How can I change my password?

To change your password, follow the instructions below:
- Open the Degreed app
- Enter your Username or Email
- Click Log in
- Under the password field, click on the Forgot Password? option
- Re-enter your Username or Email
- Click Continue
If your email address was entered correctly, you should receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password within a few minutes.
If you do not receive the email, either your email was entered incorrectly, or your organization does not allow password reset. Please contact your organization's internal team for help with resetting the password. If you do not know who to contact in your organization, you can submit a support request.
