Issue:
I cannot log in to the mobile app using the same email address and password that I use to log in via a browser. Why is that happening?
Cause:
Your organization is in our EU Data Center — meaning that you sign in through https://eu.degreed.com/ . By default, the Degreed mobile app is set up to search for accounts in our US Data Center (degreed.com), so it is not recognizing your account when accessing it since it is in the EU Data Center.
Resolution:
You will need to trigger the application to search for your account in the EU Data Center. To do that, please submit a ticket to the Degreed Support Team who will take the appropriate steps for you to be able to perform this action.
