Why do I see a discrepancy in the number of content items in a Pathway?
Issue Description:
When I check a specific Pathway, the total item count does not match the number of visible content items in the Pathway.
Cause:
Some items may have been removed from Pathway sections and moved to Hold for Later, which reduces the visible content count but does not immediately reflect in the Pathway’s total item count.
Resolution:
Follow these steps to review items stored in Hold for Later:
Edit the Pathway
Select Add Content for the relevant section
Open Hold for Later
Check the appropriate item and remove or add it back to the section as needed
If the item count still appears incorrect after reviewing Hold for Later, contact Degreed Support for further investigation.
