Issue:
My organization has contracted Degreed's Extended Enterprise. We have our Global Admin Tool (GAT) instance, as well as our tenant instances.
Can we create automations in our tenant instance with actions that use data (plans, pathways...) sourced from the GAT level?
Cause:
As user data is stored at the tenant level, and events occur at the tenant level, Automations cannot be used with Global Admin Tool (GAT) level data.
Resolution:
At the moment, automations can only be used at the tenant level, using the tenant's data. If a Plan or Pathway was created in the GAT level, it will not be available as an action in the tenant's Automation options.
