I've created a new automation. How long will it take to be triggered? How long will it take for the results, such as in-app notifications, emails, or enrollments, to appear in Degreed's interface?
Answer:
Once their trigger occurs, Automations usually take less than 10 minutes to act. If there are delays, we recommend waiting at least 4 hours before opening a Support ticket.
Once the Automation occurs, the Degreed interface may take at least 30 minutes to reflect changes. This is due to database synchronization and Elastic Search updates.
