Issue:
I already completed all the content in a Plan, but the Plan still shows as pending. Why is the Plan still showing as pending on my assignments?
Cause:
Plans are never really "completed" and are an ongoing evolution. Plans do not receive a "completed" message when all content has been consumed, as the plan’s content may be updated over time.
Resolution:
A plan is considered complete once it has been followed. To finish any pending activities in your assignments, you need to follow the relevant plan. To do this, open the plan and click the + button on the right side of the page.
Once you start following the plan, the assignment will appear as completed on your profile.
All content included in the plan will be available in your Collection. To access it, open the side navigation menu and select Profile > Collection.
