If you are experiencing issues with a Required Learning item, please read the following:
Once you complete a content item, it can take up to 72 hours for it to appear on your Profile > Collection page. If, after 72 hours you do not see the completion on your Collection page, contact your organization's help desk or Learning Administrator.
For all other issues, or if you feel the subject of the Required Learning Assignment does not apply, or was mistakenly assigned to you, contact your organization's help desk or Learning Administrator.
