Report a Problem
If you are experiencing issues with content, Opportunities, Pathways, or Plans you can report the problem to Support directly from the Degreed app.
To Report a Problem with Content, Opportunities, Pathways, or Plans
- Click on the item's content card.
- Select Report a Problem.
The expanded Report a Problem window opens.
- Select the option that best describes your problem:
- I can't access this link or this link appears to be broken
- This content is inappropriate
- There is something incorrect about the content
- Other - When selected, this option displays a link to the Knowledge Center. This option enables independent research for the problem, and disables the fields and button associated with sending this issue to Support.
- In the What do you need help with? section, choose one of the additional options that relate to your What's the Problem? response in the drop-down menu. (This is not available when you select Other as your problem option.)
- In the Additional Details field, type all relevant information about the problem you experienced so Support has enough information to solve the problem.
- Click to upload an image file to the ticket, or drag and drop your image file onto the Drag and Drop or upload an image field.
You can add one screenshot to the problem ticket.
The attached screenshot file must be a .jpg, .jpeg, ,gif, or .png file type. The uploaded file cannot exceed 5MB in size. - Leave the You have permission to contact me with additional questions option checked to authorize Degreed to contact you with any follow-up questions and solutions related to the reported problem.
If you uncheck this option, Degreed Support will not contact you and you will not be notified of any updates or solutions for the reported problem. - Click Send to route your request to Support.
