You can access and view analytics about one of your authored Plans on its Insights tab.
Permissions may be required to access some pages in Degreed or perform specific tasks. For more information, see Permissions in Degreed (accessible by Degreed Admins only).
Required Permission: Create, Update, or Delete Organization Plans and Directories: required to view and edit any of the organization's plans.
- Filter by Group: Click to filter the data to a specific Group within your organization.

Followers Dashboard: An at-a-glance view of the Plan's followers.
- Followers: The total number of people currently following the Plan.
- Follower Views: The total number of Plan views from the people who follow it or any user who has completed any piece of content in the Plan.
- Plan Activity chart: You can filter the data in this chart to see Plan views and follows.
- Skills: The skills associated with the Plan. You can filter the data to see skill Self Ratings, Manager Ratings, and Skill Reviews.

Pathways: The Pathways associated with the Plan. You can hover over the chart to see the percent of the Plan's followers who followed, started, or completed the Pathway.
Empty Pathways (Pathways with no content) are not displayed here. - Top Content: The most-accessed content items within the Plan, and details about the content type and number of completions within your organization. Only completions from users who are currently following the Plan are included.
- Trackable Link: Insights about the trackable links used to measure the engagement and popularity of the Plan.
