Reset your Degreed Onboarding
At any time, you can reset your onboarding in Degreed. This does not reset your skills, experiences, or completions; instead, it re-enables all of the onboarding dialog boxes throughout Degreed (including the Welcome page). Depending on what device you use to next sign into Degreed, you'll view the initial onboarding screens in either the Web App or the Degreed Mobile App.
To Reset your Degreed Onboarding
- From any page in Degreed, click Profile on the Degreed header.
Your profile displays with the Overview tab open by default. - Click Settings.
Your Profile Settings page displays with the Profile tab open by default. - Click the Account tab.
Your Account page displays. - Under the Language section, click Reset Onboarding.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes, I'm Sure.
Your account automatically updates. If you navigate away from this page, you're immediately presented with the onboarding screens. If you close this page and open the app at another time, you'll be presented at that time with the onboarding screens. If you next open Degreed using your Degreed Mobile App (iOS only), you'll be presented with a subset of these screens, to select your job role and additional skills.Previously-selected skills and Focus Skills remain on your profile, and are not affected when you reset your onboarding.
