Why am I not able to change the content type when adding content using the Degreed Button?

If the URL for this content is already present in the Degreed environment, Degreed does not allow you to create a duplicate content item with the same URL or change the content type. This is how Degreed maintains consistency with completion numbers, comments, and likes across content items.

This content should be added to the Global Catalog or to the internal library as a different content item.

Why am I not able to click the Continue button when trying to log in to the Degreed Button?

After granting access to the Degreed Button extension during the login process, the Login page may reappear with a disabled Continue button. This is most likely due to an outdated version of the extension, rejected cookies, or an enabled ad-blocker extension. To fix this:

1. Uninstall the Degreed Button extension.
2. Restart your web browser to ensure browser information is properly refreshed.
3. Reinstall the Degreed Button extension. See Add the Degreed Button to your Browser for more information.

You should also ensure that you do not have cookies disabled or an ad-blocker enabled in your browser as these conditions prevent the Degreed Button from functioning properly.
