Issue:
When trying to log in Degreed via https://degreed.com/account/login and typing my organization email, even though the password is correct I see an error message stating 'Please log in with your organization email.'.
Cause:
You might see this error message if your email domain (the website address located after the "@" of an email) was not added to your organization's Required Email Suffix list.
Resolution:
Contact your organization's administrator or support team, or submit a ticket with Degreed support. The organization's administrator will review your domain address and request that it be added to their list of allowed email suffixes.
