Issue:
Some users who completed less content have more Degreed points than others who completed more items. Why is that?
Cause:
This can be caused by the experiences added to a user's profile. An experience for a long period can generate a high amount of points.
Resolution:
On the Profile Overview page of the user, the section named Experiences will show details of what the user included in their profile.
Should the user not have any experiences, Degreed recommends reviewing the Standard Report: The User Activity Tab where you can view the number of points Degreed awarded for each completed item.
